Yanukovych: Economic growth is possible due to modernization of industry and innovations

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych is sure that a growth of economy is possible due to modernization of industry, use of innovations and manufacture of production with high value added.

The press service of the head of the state disclosed to UNIAN that he said this during the meeting with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in Astana.

The head of the state underlined that modernization of economies of the countries is very important in conditions of tough competition at the world markets.

During the meeting the sides discussed an issue of cooperation between Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
