Miroshnychenko does not know why President’s address still not given to lawmakers

Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Yuri Miroshnychenko does not know why Annual address of the President of Ukraine has not been given to lawmakers yet.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this in the comment to journalists.

Y. Miroshnychenko also added that on the basis of this address Budget resolution and legislative activity should be based.
