Today’s sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will not take place. Lawmakers of the parliamentary majority are leaving the session hall.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, lawmaker of Ukraine (the Party of Regions faction) Anatoliy Kinakh said this in an interview to journalists.
According to his words, it is not reasonable to stay in the session hall because the rostrum of the parliament is blocked.
Answering questions of journalists whether a field sitting of the parliament is possible, A. Kinakh said that it is out of question.
At the same time A. Kinakh underlined that the Party of Regions has already started collecting signatures for carrying out of extraordinary sitting of the parliament. At the same time he did not specify when this sitting may take place.
As UNIAN reported earlier, opposition lawmakers blocked the rostrum and presidium of the parliament this morning.
