VR refuses to denounce agreement on stay of Black Sea Fleet of RF at territory of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted down the draft law on denunciation of Agreement between Ukraine and Russian Federation on issues concerning stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the RF at the territory of Ukraine.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, only 152 out of 386 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this draft law in the first reading.

The Batkivshchyna faction gave 71 votes in support of this decision, the Party of Regions gave 3 votes, the UDAR gave 34 votes, the Svoboda gave 33, the CPU gave no votes and 11 out factional lawmakers voted for this decision.
