Our Ukraine-People’s Self-Defense lawmaker Davyd Zhvania points out that before speaking about formation of a new government and distributing jobs of Ministers, it is necessary to form a coalition.
“Let us at first form a new coalition”, he said in an interview to “Delo” newspaper.
“As yet, we have talked over only three candidacies (BYuT front-runner) Yulia Tymoshenko – for the post of Prime Minister, (one of OU-PSD leaders) Viacheslav Kyrylenko – for the post of Speaker, and (PSD leader) Yuri Lutsenko – Vice Premier, Interior Minister. And he is also one of the most probable candidacies for the post of Kyiv Mayor in case of an early election”, he said.
Asked by journalists whether Lutsenko will leave the post of the Interior Minister in this case, D.Zhvania said: “He may refuse from this post to save Kyiv”.
“If we do not save Kyiv – we may lose the whole country. I do not want that Kyiv be similar to Bangkok”, he stressed.
“In this city, nothing is comfortable for everyday life of people. Even the Opera Theater is not adapted. I even do not know how to call this terrible premise – “Ukraine” Palace – the only capital’s building for carrying out concerts. And then we complaint that Madonna does not arrive to us. But where would she sing?”, - D.Zhvania was filled with indignation.
