Court sitting of UESU case is carried over on August 16

A break in sitting of Kyivskyi district court of Kharkiv, which hears the criminal case on violations of activity of “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” corporation, was carried over on August 16, at 15.00 pm.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge Konstyantyn Sadovskyi made this decision, taking into consideration of absence of convict ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko and her defender Yevgenia Tymoshenko in the court room.

During the court hearing the representatives of state prosecution offered to carry over a hearing because of absence of Yu. Tymoshenko.
