President of Russia Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych on birthday, the press service of the President of Ukraine reports.
During a telephone talk the heads of the states discussed urgent issues of the bilateral relations.
As UNIAN reported earlier, V. Yanukovych celebrates his 63rd birthday today.
