ECHR starts consideration of case on second complaint of Tymoshenko

European Court of Human Rights started consideration of the case concerning the criminal process against ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.

It is said in the press release of the court, posted at official web site.

“The European Court of Human Rights informed the government of Ukraine about application of Yulia Tymoshenko against Ukraine № 2 (№ 65656/12) and offered to submit its remarks concerning submitted complaints. This is the second application submitted by ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko. It applies to primarily her criminal persecution because of conclusion of the purchase contract of natural gas”, - it is said in the report.
