According to the web site of the Interior Ministry, “it took place at 12.00 pm in Zelenodolsk in Apostolovskyi region of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Laborious, efficient and coordinated work permitted to detain the suspect during 24 hours”.

Chief of the Main Department of the Interior Ministry in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Victor Babenko will report on details of solving of the crime during press conference today at 13.45 pm.
