President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych will take part in a solemn church service on the occasion of the 1025th anniversary of Christianization of Kievan Rus' on July 27.
The press service of the head of the state said that an event will take place on St. Volodymyr's Hill in Kyiv.
Chief of staff of the Administration of President of Ukraine, co-chairman of the organizing committee on preparation and celebration of the 1025th anniversary of Christianization of Kievan Rus' Serhiy Lyovochkin also reminded of the measures planned on July 26 on the occasion of the 1025th anniversary of Christianization of Kievan Rus'.
According to his words, the head of the state will take part in opening of “Great and Grand” exhibition dedicated to the Christianization of Kievan Rus in Mystetskyi Arsenal (Art Arsenal) cultural and museum center on July 26.
