Defense of Tymoshenko submits to Supreme Court via High specialized court application with demand to review sentence on “gas” case

The defense of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko submitted an application with a demand to review a sentence on  the “gas” case to the Supreme Court of Ukraine via High Specialized Court of Ukraine.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, defender of Yu. Tymoshenko Serhiy Vlasenko said this after registration of the corresponding application in the court.

“The defense of Yu. Tymoshenko has just registered an application of Yulia Tymoshenko to the Supreme Court concerning review and cancellation of politically motivated sentence on the gas case in the High Specialized Court”, - said S. Vlasenko.
