300 people gather for action in support of Tymoshenko near Pechersk court in Kyiv

About 300 people gathered for an action in support of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko near Pechersk court in Kyiv. An action dedicated to the 2nd anniversary of her arrest.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, among them there are 150 activists of the “Batkivshchyna young” and also lawmakers, in particular, Oleksandr Bryginets, Mykola Tomenko and Oleksandr Abdulin. Oleksandr Turchynov heads an action.

People are holding posters “Freedom to Yulia!”, “Two years of imprisonment of democracy”.

Participants of the action are about let pigeons out to sky now.

About 40 tents were pitched near Pechersk court and an exhibition named “31days of imprisonment of democracy” was opened.
