The 3rd session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 7th convocations opens today.
It is expected that President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych will take part in opening ceremony of the session.
In particular, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak said yesterday that V. Yanukovych expressed readiness to take part in opening of the session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
