Tymoshenko refuses to take part in today’s court hearing–SPSU

Ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko refused  to take part in the court hearing again.

The State penitentiary service of Ukraine disclosed this to UNIAN.

It is said in the report that “ahead of time convict Tymoshenko was informed about summons to the court on August 6, 2013 for participation in the court hearing of Kyivskyi district court of Kharkiv concerning consideration of the UESU case. Today employees of the Kachanivska penal colony tried to find out her intentions concerning her transfer for participation in the court session. In response, the convict wrote a regular application, refusing from prisoner transfer  again”.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the court will continue consideration of the case concerning the violations in activity of “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” corporation on charges of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko in Kharkiv at 15.00 pm, today.
