President: Ukraine should not contradistinguish European integration and cooperation with Eurasian Community

“Ukraine should not contradistinguish European integration and cooperation with the Eurasian Community,” Viktor Yanukovych said in his interview to the TV channel “Ukraine”, according to the Press office of President Viktor Yanukovych.

The President reminded that several documents that determine the status of Ukraine in relations with the Customs Union and the Eurasian Union had already been signed.

“The referendum will be necessary when considering entry into this or that community to which we will have to delegate a part of our sovereign rights provided for by the Constitution. In this case, only Ukrainian people can make a decision,” the President noted.
