Ukraine needs thorough overhaul – Yanukovych

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych notes that Ukraine needs a “thorough overhaul”.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the President said this in Lutsk during a meeting with administrative active members of Volyn Oblast concerning urgent problems of the region.

Addressing those present, the President noted that “all reforming actions, which we are carrying out, concern each person and have an effect on a life of each of us. Ukraine is our common house, which we began to repair. It was whitewashed and lubricated, but now it is time for a thorough overhaul”.

V. Yanukovych also noted that “we have started consciously” a way of modernization and carrying out of the reforms.
