An issue concerning former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko will be determined after a report of Cox- Kwaśniewski mission on October 21.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych said this during a press point in New York.
Speaking about his meeting with President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso and President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy, the President of Ukraine said that spoke about issues, which should be done for signing of the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius.
V. Yanukovych noted that position of Ukraine concerning “an issue of Tymoshenko” remains invariable. “The mission (Cox- Kwaśniewski-UNIAN) works now, it is very important, because there was an impression before that we do not want to do something, today there is a common point of view concerning many issues, but what it will be – it will be known after summing up of this mission”, - said V. Yanukovych.
He did not rule out that the report of Cox- Kwaśniewski- mission will be announced at the sitting of the Council of the Foreign Ministers of the EU on October 21.
