Foreign Minister of Ukraine, incumbent chairman of the OSCE Leonid Kozhara will pay an official visit to Latvia on October 2.
Director of the Information Policy Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Yevgeniy Perebiynis said at the press conference that within a framework of the visit L. Kozhara will hold negotiations with his Latvian colleague, the Prime Minister of Latvia and chairman of the Seim.
It is planned to sign a joint statement with the Foreign Minister of Latvia after the negotiations.
Moreover, L. Kozhara will visit Riga Ukrainian secondary school and will present them office equipment, teaching books and other literature.
During the meeting with the officials of Latvia a special attention will be paid to an issue concerning the European integration of Ukraine.
