Yanukovych has all legal grounds for pardon of Tymoshenko – Yatsenyuk

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has all legal grounds for pardon of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of the Batkivshchyna faction Arseniy Yatsenyuk said this at the sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

He said: “There were no grounds for imprisonment of Yulia Tymoshenko but there are all legal grounds for signing of act of pardon of Yulia Tymoshenko by the President of Ukraine”.
