Ukraine has actually fulfilled all the work planned for the Eastern Partnership Summit on Vilnius in November.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych said this during the meeting with European Commissioner for Energy Günther Oettinger in Kyiv today.
V. Yanukovych noted that Ukraine attaches importance to relations with European Union. “Actually, the work, which we planned for Vilnius Summit, comes to an end”, - said the President.
Moreover, he underlined that energy security issue is very important for Ukraine and he is glad to have opportunity to discuss it with G. Oettinger.
In his turn, Günther Oettinger underlined that the cooperation of the European Union with Ukraine have been constructive at all levels for many years.
