VR does not start its work

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has not started its plenary sitting yet.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, members of the Party of Regions and CPU are absent in the session hall.

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak as well as his deputies Ihor Kaletnyk and Ruslan Koshulynskyi are also absent in the session hall.

At the same time representatives of the oppositional factions stay at their working places.

The Svoboda faction did not remove the banner with an inscription “Glory To The Heroes Of UIA! October 14 – A March of Struggle” and red-black flags of the UIA.

An Hour of questions to the Government was to take place today from 10.00 am till 11.00 am.
