High specialized court again rejects Yulia Tymoshenko’s request to annul gas case verdict

The High Specialized Court for Civil and Criminal Cases, ignoring the decision of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe mandating the implementation of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Tymoshenko v. Ukraine, has again groundlessly rejected the ex-premier’s request to review and cancel the ruling in the gas case, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

Thus, the Ukrainian court again denied Yulia Tymoshenko the right to a fair judicial review and confirmed the absence of justice in Ukraine.

Yulia Tymoshenko’s defense will inform the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe – the body responsible for monitoring the execution of judgments of the European court.
