Tomorrow’s trial on UESU case not to take place because of judge’s sickness – Tymoshenko’s defender

A session of Kyiv district court of Kharkiv on case concerning violations of “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” corporation that was scheduled for tomorrow, October 25, will not take place because of sickness of chair judge Konstyantyn Sadovskyi.

Defender of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko Serhiy Vlasenko confirmed this information to an UNIAN correspondent.

At the same time S. Vlasenko said that neither he nor lawyer Oleksandr Plakhotnyuk was informed about cancellation of the court session.
