President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych and President of Russia Vladimir Putin shared information concerning possible signing of the Agreement on association with the European Union by Ukraine in Sochi, on October 27.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, director of Information Policy Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Yevgeniy Perebiynis said this at press conference.
He noted that a meeting of the presidents of Ukraine and Russia took place on Sunday, October 27, in Sochi. During the meeting the interlocutors continued discussing the issues that were discussed at the sitting of the Council of the CIS member countries.
As UNIAN reported earlier, an informal meeting of V. Yanukovych and V. Putin took place in Sochi, on October 27.
