A sitting of the Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will start at 14.00 pm. It is planned to consider three draft laws on medical treatment of convicts abroad at this sitting.

The press service of the parliament disclosed to UNIAN that the sitting will start at Sadovaya Str, 3-a, office 727.

An agenda of the sitting includes consideration of the draft Law of Ukraine “On  prohibition of selective justice and removing obstacles to signing of Agreement on association between Ukraine and the European Union and its members states (register №3479)”, submitted by lawmakers of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Vitaliy Klitschko and Oleh Tyagnybok . A. Yatsenyuk will report,  co-reporter is Serhiy Sas.

The committee will also consider a draft Law of Ukraine “On introducing amendments into Criminal-Executive Code of Ukraine (on ensuring of the right of convicts for a medical treatment abroad”) (register №2453а), submitted by lawmaker of Ukraine Serhiy Mishchenko. The author of the draft law will report,  co-reporter is chairman of the subcommittee Volodymyr Misik.

Moreover, the members of the committee will consider a draft Law of Ukraine “On introducing amendments into article 84 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on possibility of a medical treatment of the persons sentenced to imprisonment (register №3461), submitted by lawmaker of Ukraine Angelika Labunska. The author will report,  co-reporter is chairman of the subcommittee Hennadiy Vasyljev.
