There are no exclusive rights for Tymoshenko, because law applies to everyone – Yanukovych

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych states that no exclusive rights will be created for ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this to journalists in Zaporizhzhya.

“My position remains invariable – all citizens of Ukraine are equal before the law, supremacy of law is in the first place and that regards everyone. Nobody out of Ukrainian citizens will receive any exclusive rights”, - said V. Yanukovych.

He reminded that as of now 5 draft laws that permit convicts to leave for abroad for a medical treatment are registered in the parliament.

V. Yanukovych promised that he will sign an agreed law in case if the parliament adopts it.
