Yanukovych and Aliyev hope for cooperation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev hope for development of the bilateral cooperation between the countries.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, they said this during the bilateral meeting in Kyiv.

V. Yanukovych stressed that today’s sitting of the Council of Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan should outline new perspectives of cooperation.

He thanked Ilham Aliyev for support of Ukraine by Azerbaijan and expressed a hoped for further development of cooperation.

In his turn, Aliyev thanked Yanukovych for a cordial welcome and said that the countries aspire to fill the relations with a new content.
