“In fact – it is a request to make a break in negotiations until all economic issues in Ukraine will be solved”, - he added.

Aleksander Kwaśniewski also said that he will submit a report on work of the mission in Ukraine the next week.

“The mission is coming to an end. Unfortunately, it is over without such final as a signing of the agreement”, - he said.

Kwaśniewski also stressed that “this is a decision of the Ukrainian government, not Europe”.
