Court forbids participants of action to pitch tents in center of Kyiv

Kyiv City State Administration says that the District Administrative Court of Kyiv by its decision forbade to pitch small architectural forms (tents, kiosks or sheds) including movable and temporary ones during carrying out of peaceful actions from November 22, 2013 to January 7, 2014.

The press service of KCSA disclosed this to UNIAN.

The restrictions apply to Maydan Nezhalezhnosti, Khreshchatyk Street and European Square.

Kyiv City State Administration stresses that this court’s decision does not prohibit carrying out of peaceful actions.

However, placing of tents, kiosks and small architectural forms by participants of the rallies will prevent preparation and carrying out of New Year and Christmas holidays.
