European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule says the issue of Yulia Tymoshenko will not be taken off the agenda of EU-Ukraine relations after the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"Nobody has forgotten about this and other important issues. We have been clear that politically motivated justice does not comply with the principles on which our partnership is to be built," Stefan Fule said in an interview with Echo Moskva radio.

The European Commissioner underscored that the EU will continue negotiations with Ukraine on the need for previously identified reforms regardless of the results of the Eastern Partnership summit. "It’s not that easy to use the second or third chance for the signing of such an important agreement. But after Vilnius we will continue to discuss with Ukrainians those issues that are the focus of our attention," he said.
