An entrance to Administration of President is blocked from a side of Instytutska Street by “Berkut” fighters and militia employees.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, about 200 people are staying there now. Several buses are standing behind them.
There is also a shield border there.
At the same time some people can go through militia cordon and go in the direction of Administration of President. These people say that they are going to work.
Iron fences are established closer to a pavement at Instytutska Street, scores of people are standing there. However, it is possible to go through these fences. People are also gathering at Instytutska Street and call all those who go out of Khreshchatyk subway station to join the rally.
At the same about 200 people have gathered near the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. They are holding flags of Ukraine.
