European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle calls upon the power and opposition of Ukraine to start negotiations immediately.
He said this on Twitter.
“Ukraine: differences must be resolved peacefully. Urge immediate dialogue”, - wrote Füle.
