Participant of special monitoring mission and former president of Poland Aleksander Kwaśniewski forecasts that the current situation in Ukraine will be solved in coming 48 hours, according to Tyzhden.ua.
He said this in an interview to Rzeczpospolita edition.
“Everything will be solved in coming 48 hours. If adherents of the European integration show their adhesion, if they are able to retain dynamics of protests then Yanukovych will compromise, he will agree to dismiss this or that minister, or may by the head of the government”, - he said.
“If strikes start slackening he will implement a force scenario to solve the situation”, - he said.
Kwaśniewski expressed an opinion that Yanukovych does not have a clear preliminarily agreed action plan and he plans to act depending on development of the situation.
He noted that the President of Ukraine believes that his main goal is to win repeated election in 2015.
Ex President of Poland positively estimated cooperation of representatives of current Ukrainian opposition, having expressed hope that such cooperation will remain at the same good level in future.
