Rybak could not open VR sitting
Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine could not open a sitting of the parliament because there were not enough lawmakers registered in the session hall.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, having entered the session hall, Rybak asked lawmakers to register.
Only 220 lawmakers have registered. At the same time at least 226 votes of lawmakers are needed for adoption of laws.
The Speaker added that the parliament should continue its work at 10.00 am today. He invited the leaders of the factions to his office for consultations.
