Yanukovych believes today’s meeting with Putin is strategic for development of economic relations

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych believes that today’s meeting with President of Russia Vladimir Putin is strategic for development of bilateral trade-economic relations.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Yanukovych said this at the beginning of the meeting with Putin within a framework of the  sitting of the Ukrainian-Russian interstate commission.

He noted that as of today the groundwork for removal of problems and strengthening of cooperation in energy mechanical engineering, transport mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, aircraft building and space were prepared.
