Morning sitting of VR is opened

Morning sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is opened.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 248 lawmakers registered in the session hall.

In whole lawmakers of all factions are present in the session hall, but opposition lawmakers do not register.
