Lawmaker Melnichenko leaves Party of Regions faction

Lawmaker of Ukraine from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Melnichenko left the party.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak said this at the evening sitting of the VR.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on December 2, Melnichenko announced that he leaves the Party of Regions in a sign of protest of not signing of EU-Ukrainian Association Agreement and beating of peaceful protesters at EuroMaidan in Kyiv.
