A Congress of Ukrainians of Canada condemns arrangements signed by President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych and President of Russia Vladimir Putin in Moscow on December 17.
The press service of the Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian Union disclosed to UNIAN that the congress believes that these agreements “put Ukrainian under influence of Russia in economic, political and cultural areas”.
