Yanukovych discuss issue on adoption of state budget 2014 with Rybak and Azarov

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych held a meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak on issues concerning adoption of the State Budget 2014 and fulfillment of all social obligations within a framework of the budget 2013.
