President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych criticizes the part of opposition that inclines people to radical actions.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this, delivering a speech at sitting of the Council of Regions.

The President promised that Ukraine will live in accordance with Constitution and law of Ukraine.
