A rally in support of the Party of Regions and President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych is taking place near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, parliament is surrounded with 10 buses along Hrushevskogo Street.
About 20 buses of militia are standing directly near the parliament, at Square of Constitution.
