VR’s sitting does not start yet

As of 10.15 am today’s sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has not started yet.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, opposition lawmakers are blocking the rostrum and presidium of the parliament.

The leaders of the factions are absent in the session hall.

According to some information, negotiations among the leaders of the factions concerning further work of the parliament are taking place in the office of Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak.
