A rally is taking place near the Administration of President from the side of Instytutska Street.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, about 100 protesters from Maidan have gathered there. Militia employees, whose number exceeds the number of protesters, are guarding the Administration of President. Militia employees are recording on video all that is taking place at the rally. The situation is quiet.
