President relieves Klyuev of position of secretary of NSDC and appoints his chief of staff of AP – decree

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych relieved Klyuev of the position of secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and appointed him Chief of Staff of the Administration of President of Ukraine.
