The European Union and the USA are working on a big plan on a financial aid to Ukraine.

These actions, according to her words, are directed to rendering an aid to Ukraine in transitional time period, when a provisional government can start political and economic reforms before the presidential election scheduled for 2015.High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton said this in an interview to Wall Street Journal, Radio Svoboda reports.
