The press service of the VR disclosed to UNIAN that Rybak said this at meeting with heads of the diplomatic mission of the countries of the European Union.

“Despite irresponsible rumours and dishonest information of mass media concerning plans to introduce a state of emergency in Ukraine, a possibility of implementation of this scenario is not considered either in parliament or other institutions of state power”, - said Rybak.
