The Law “On elimination of negative consequences and prevention of persecution and punishment of people concerning events that took place during the peaceful gatherings” came into force today.
Law on amnesty comes into force today
The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN that in accordance with the words of Prosecutor General Victor Pshonka, there are no obstacles for the law on amnesty to come into force today.
In accordance with this law, all charges are withdrawn and all criminal proceedings are closed towards suspects in committing of riotous disturbances during the action of the EuroMaidan.
