Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak states that there are three variants of the draft amendments into Constitution of Ukraine today.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this during the Conciliatory Council of leaders of the parliamentary factions and chairmen of the committees.
“There are three variants of draft amendments into Main Law that differ conceptually. However, any agreed draft is not currently registered in the Verkhovna Rada. So the Verkhovna Rada faces a rather difficult issue, what is to be done next: to continue consultations or to start considering issues stipulated by the session of the Verkhovna Rada, or to combine both directions of work in order for moving ahead a little bit”, - said Rybak.
He addressed leaders of the parliamentary factions and chairmen of the committees with a request to express their opinions concerning finding a compromise variant.
