Leader of the faction of the UDAR party Vitaliy Klitschko noted that on February 18 the Verkhovna Rada should vote for a return to Constitution 2004 and after that a technical government can be formed.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this during the Conciliatory Council of the leaders of the parliamentary factions and chairmen of the committees.
“Tomorrow we should pass resolution that will confirm effect of Constitution 2004”, - stressed Klitschko.
According to his words, after that the Verkhovna Rada can get down to formation of the government.
“The VR can form a government…Technical government of reforms. But the formation of the government can take place only after return to Constitution 2004”, - said Klitschko.
He also added that the technical government will consist of representatives of authorities and representatives of opposition.
