President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych, the leaders of opposition, representatives of the European Union and the Russian Federation during the negotiations on settlement of the political crisis in Ukraine agreed to initial an Agreement on settlement of crisis.

The press service of the head of the Ukrainian state disclosed this to UNIAN.
“The parties agreed to initial Agreement on settlement of crisis. The signing of the document is expected at 12.00 pm in the Administration of the President of Ukraine”, - it is said in the report.
